PT Tracker Privacy Policy

PT Tracker is a downloadable program by Loco4Learning LLC (Loco4Learning).  People or companies that download, install or use PT Tracker will be referred to as Users.  Loco4Learning developed PT Tracker in conjunction with Fluency Factory, a tutoring center based in Massachusetts.

PT Tracker is a Java program that runs locally on a computer.  A User has the option to configure PT Tracker to create and download files stored on Google Drive in a Google account specified by the User.  PT Tracker can only access files that PT Tracker created, with one exception: The User will need to create a Google Drive folder and specify the Google ID of that folder to PT Tracker, which will upload/download files to/from that folder.  PT Tracker will not have access to any other User files, nor will it have access to files created by a different Google account.

PT Tracker does not perform any other internet access other than accessing Google Drive as described above.  For example, PT Tracker does not send any data to the Loco4Learning.  Furthermore, Loco4Learning does not have access to the files created by PT Tracker, even if they are on Google Drive, unless the User chooses to share those files with Loco4Learning.

If, for whatever reason, a User shares files with Loco4Learning, Loco4Learning will not share that information with any other person or company without written permission from the User.
