PT Tracker is a product of Loco4Learning LLC (Loco4Learning).  People or companies that download, install or use PT Tracker will be referred to as Users.

PT Tracker is a Java program that is available for free.  By downloading, installing or using PT Tracker, the User agrees to these terms of service.

Loco4Learning is not liable for any failure of PT Tracker to perform as intended.  Loco4Learning has no obligation to continue supporting PT Tracker, nor to provide support for any User.

The User shall not sell PT Tracker software to any person or company.

The PT Tracker Privacy Policy is part of these Terms of Service.
