Team Up End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is between you and Loco4Learning LLC (the Developer) and governs the use of the Team Up app (the Application).

Privacy: The Developer does not use the Application to collect information about you or your use of the Application.

Restrictions on Use: You shall not: (a) reverse engineer in any way or modify the Application; (b) sell or rent the Application; (c) distribute the Application; or (d) install the Application on another device, except as permitted by the Google Play Store.

Term: This agreement will commence upon download of the Application. Your right to use the Application will terminate upon breach of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Developer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with: your access or use of the Application; your inability to access or use the Application; or the loss of the Application’s data, whether or not the damages were foreseeable or caused by a defect in the Application.
