MathAttack End User License Agreement

MathAttack is a product of Loco4Learning LLC (referred to here as Loco4Learning). People, organizations and institutions that download, install, copy, distribute or use MathAttack will be referred to as the User in this End User License Agreement (EULA).

By downloading, installing, copying, distributing or using MathAttack, the User accepts all the terms of this EULA. Hereinafter, the term “use” shall encompass downloading, installing, copying, distributing and using MathAttack. MathAttack is available free of charge for private use and for use by not-for-profit educational organizations and institutions.

To use MathAttack for commercial purposes, please contact Loco4Learning at info@loco4learning.com to arrange a commerical license.

MathAttack is provided “as is”. Loco4Learning is not liable for any failure of MathAttack to perform as desired by the User or as intended by Loco4Learning. Loco4Learning has no obligation to continue supporting MathAttack, nor to provide support to any User.

The User shall not sell MathAttack or its use to any person, organization, company or institution.

The User shall not modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble or decompile MathAttack.

The User shall not use MathAttack in any way that might damage the reputlation of MathAttack or Loco4Learning. For example, MathAttack shall not be distributed via pornographic or racist websites. Loco4Learning reserves the right to unilaterally decide whether a particular use violates this paragraph.

Loco4Learning has the right to revoke this license for any User who Loco4Learning determines is in breach of this EULA. Loco4Learning has the right to modify the EULA applicable to future versions of MathAttack.

Privacy

MathAttack runs locally on a computer. MathAttack does not access the internet. MathAttack does not send any data to Loco4Learning or any other organization, company or institution. MathAttack doesn’t even save data on the local computer (this may change in future versions of MathAttack, in which case a new EULA will be created.)
