Team Up Help – Event Configurations Screen
The Event Configurations screen shows a list of all the default event configurations and offers options for creating and modifying default event configurations. There are two ways to get to this screen:
- The Configurations option of the Main Menu.
- The Choose Configuration button of the Edit Event screen. This is the main use of the Edit Configurations screen. When creating a new event, you first initialize the event’s configuration by clicking on an existing default configuration.
The Event Configurations screen has the following elements:
Default Event Configuration List: The list of default event configurations is displayed as soon as this screen is displayed.
Round button: Team Up comes installed with several example default event configurations, but you can use the button in the lower right corner to create new ones via the Edit Configuration screen. If there is a particular event configuration that you often use for your events, you can make a default event configuration so that it is easier to set up the events.
Menu: If you long-click on an event configuration, you’ll be shown these menu options:
- New: Creates a new event configuration. This is the same as clicking on the round button.
- Edit: Click this to modify an existing event configuration.
- Copy: Creates a copy of an existing event configuration and then brings up the Edit Configuration screen so that you can modify it.
- View: Displays the contents of the selected event configuration.
- Delete: Deletes the selected event configuration.
When invoked from the Edit Event screen: When you select Choose Configuration in the Edit Event screen, the Event Configurations screen has two additional options:
- Click: You just need to click on an event configuration to bring it into the event.
- Menu: The menu has one additional option: Pick. This does the same as click.
Three Vertical Dots: If you click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner, you will get these menu options:
- Display Log: Shows the Session Log screen.
- Help: Displays this web-based help page.
